Xanthan Gum is yellowish white powder soluble in water with a high viscosity even at low concentration. It is a microbial polysaccharide produced by fermentation of carbohydrate with Xanthomonas campestris which grown naturally from wild cabbage.
This product is produced by further refined processing from xanthan gum, without affecting its original performance. It solved the problem that xanthan gum easy to group in water, difficult to disperse. This product is soluble in water, can be evenly dispersed immediately, and then begin to thicken after a few minutes.
