It is a microbial polysaccharide produced by fermentation of carbohydrate with Xanthomonas campestris which grown naturally from wild cabbage. Transparent type of xanthan gum is mainly used in some industry require relatively high transparency, such as jelly, toothpaste, moisturizing beauty products, spices, etc.

PACKAGE, STORAGE & CAUTION
Packed in paper bag with PE liner inside and 25kg net each. Special packages can be provided as per customers' requirements.
Stored in the original drums or bags under the conditions of dry and below 25oC.
