Usage & Dosage
SPNH is a kind of copolymer contains hydroxyl, carbonyl, methyl, sulfonic acid base, nitriles
and some other functional groups, and is made by grafting copolymerization and sulfonation.
The main function is to reduce filtration loss, it can also reduce viscosity at the same time.
It is heat-resistant because it draws sulfonic group into benzene ring unit, and the benzene ring is linked with carbon atoms. Owing to the introducing of sodium sulfonate SO3NA in benzene hydroxyl, it strengthens the hydration, which thus results in fine solubility. As a deep well mud treatment, SPNH owns the characteristics of reducing HTHP fluid loss, salt-resistant, calcium-resistant etc, and plays a great role in consolidating wellwall, preventing collapsing and stucking.
Recommended dosage: 1-3%
The product is usually kept in a compound or multi-wall bags, with each net weight 25 KG; Special packages are available based on customers' requirements.
