PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Acetylated distarch phosphate is manufactured from tapioca starch or corn starch or waxy maize corn starch with chemical method; appearance is in fine white powder.Compared with native starch, its solubility, swelling power and transparency are obviously improved; the aging tendency is obviously reduced, and the freezing stability is improved. Resistant to heat and acid.
